Some Backend Changes to Staffing
Hi Guys,
First of all, Brody Kendall has resigned as our Community Manager. We are sorry to see him go. He has made a huge contribution to SmallFM.
With that happening and the feedback from Staff, we have decided to disband the current Community Department and create two new Departments.
As of this day forward, Community will be known as Events. The Events team will be incharge of SmallFM Events and how we will operate them. We will be looking for a New Manager for this Post. This will reduce the workload for the Manager and in turn improve our event output.
We will also be introducing a new Department called Moderation. Moderation will be run by Evil Ken-Evil (KitahSW on the Forums) who's role will change to Moderation Manager (Just a Name Change, she'll still do what she does).
Moderation will allow new people to become Moderators of the Forums. They will be able to moderate our forums whilst their busy and in turn, make the forums more active.
These changes are effective immediatly and our current community staff will be placed into our Events Department.
