We take Copyright Theft Seriously!

Hi Guys,
We've recently come across an Incident where someone has copied our content to use for their own selves.
This has promoted us to remind all our users concerning how we take Copyright theft. As I'm in the UK, anyone attempting to copy my work and not claim that I am the rightful owner is breaching Copyright and can have legal action taken on them under Copyright, Design and Patents Act of 1988.
The user in question made a really bad copy of the forums and I find it batantly nasty. I can't stand people who copy my work without my permission.
IF ANYONE IS CAUGHT DOING THIS, WE WILL PASS YOUR IP ADDRESS (which can be traced back to where you are from) AND DETAILS TO LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT. We will not tolerate any form of copyright.
If you are using our content for a purpose (i.e to advertise SmallFM) thats fine.
