My Smallworlds Full Name Is : Jerry Killz

My SmallFM Forum Account Name Is : Onions ( because i didnt want to imediatly show that i was a moderator if i ever became one which is what i wanted to do )

I think i should be a Forum Moderator because i am responsible, caring and respectful i know what is acceptable and what is not acceptable.

a situation where i had to resolve a disagreement i would hear both sides of the story see if anyone was lieing and then tell what needs to happen if anything and what was done wrong.If i ever take a side it is for a reason to see if anyone is lieing.

The qualities i would you bring to SmallFM are that i can as an extensively experienced moderator, i have a repertoire of both non-verbal and verbal techniques which enable me to guide the discussion smoothly, so that it flows naturally and still explores all of the desired areas of inquiry. i have a pleasant, sympathetic style which puts respondents at ease so they feel comfortable sharing their thoughts. In focus groups, i encourage participation, reaction and interaction to generate effective group dynamics, and utilizes various control techniques, as needed, to avoid undesirable behavior.Most mods bias their discussions, often without being aware that they are doing so. i generally maintain a professional objectivity which avoids using leading questions or non-verbal signals that might steer respondents in a particular way. When i do adopt an opinion, he does so deliberately, to test the opinion itself.

Evil will look at your application but I'm going to add a few negatives:-

- All Our Moderators are very clearly identifiable as they have Orange Names and Rank Images to associate (So Negative there as you don't know how SmallFM Works)
- Bad Grammar :S
