READ BEFORE APPLYING!!! - 10 Ways for your application to be denied, ridiculed or banned perminatly from SmallFM

So you saw this and decided to read!!! GREAT!!

When I first made this thread, I thought it would be read.

Actually it wasn't as people didn't read the rules

So I've decided to write a 10 ways to getting your application denied, ridiculed and possibly banned from our Forums when applying for a Job at SmallFM!

1. Assuming that Zech or his staff doesn't read the forums so you bug them when you have posted/applications not being read etc.

Our System of applying requires you to post on our Forums. The forums are checked DAILY by our Staff. We then communicate new applications to the appropriate members. It's nicer for us to do it rather than being bugged by users to read your application.

We find this annoying and it reflects negatively on your application

2. Assuming that Stalking Zech or any member of Management will get your application looked at

In fact this annoys us more than 1! If you stalk any member of SmallFM Management to get your application looked at, the report it to me and I issue you a Forum Warning (Which bans you for applying to SmallFM Forever!)

3. Assuming that Sending your Application to a Member of Staff on Smallworlds will get your application looked at.

In Fact that will get it deleted and forgotten!

4. Your Application has lack of spelling or Grammer.

One of the things I find most annoying about reading applications is when someone doesn't check for spelling or grammer. It makes you sound like a 5 year old and it's the the main reason why I deny an application

5. For DJ Applications, not including a Voice Link!

Sounds crazy, but no Voice Link = No Application!

6. Assuming that Zech is the only manager and is the only one that approves applications etc.

Most of these are reasons why I deny applications. In the application process, I only get involved when I do your Security Check and if your successful, changing your forum permissions. Therefore PLEASE mail the Manager in charge of that Department if you have a question about the job.

7. Assuming that you can work for other fansites as well as SmallFM

SmallFM is a very special thing to me, I treasure it, want it to be unique and care about all our listeners.
What I'm not here to do is to be copied, ideas stolen and basicly giving someone a job so that they have access to our "secrets"
SmallFM does a Security Check on all Staff, We check you work for any known fansites and if you do, well put it this way, we'll find out. So please don't apply if your working for another fansite. if your not sure if you do work for a Fansite, Mail Zech Tech and ask!


These are actual Rules and any failure to follow them will result in your application being closed and basicly being a pain in the neck.
